Job Description

 

  • Setup Desktop, Computers, Peripherals, Cameras and test network connections
  • Installation of Laptops & printers and troubleshooting skills should be there
  • Replacement of Faulty Hardware Devices
  • Desktop, Laptop, Printer Installation & troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Microsoft services like AD
  • Daily Activity for Hardware & Networking support
  • Hardware Fresh Installation/Trouble Shooting for Breakdown
  • Hands-on experience on Backup Applications & Server Hardware should have team handling experience
  • Providing technical support over the phone and taking remote and resolving the issue.
  • Remote Support from Team Viewer, Admin, VNC Viewer, Any Desk, WebEx Software.
  • Installation & configuration Outlook & also handling related issues.
  • Installation and configuration of Network and USB Printers.
  • Knowledge of normal backup utilization built-in OS.
  • Installation of Symantec Antivirus, McAfee & Troubleshooting virus issue
  • Troubleshooting OS level Issues & basic network issues
  • Troubleshooting of LAN and Wi-Fi issues.
  • Installation, Maintenance, and troubleshooting of client OS like Windows XP,win 7, win 8.1, win 10
  • Configure network equipment for efficient and resilient network operation.
  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Should be able to Troubleshoot MS-Office
  • Performs preventative maintenance to maintain optimal system performance
  • Maintains network monitoring system.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of telephony systems Networking like L2, L3 Switches, Routers
  • Must be able to configure policies on devices.
  • Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to IT Assets and kept up to date
  • Taking ownership of technical issues,

 

Desired Knowledge :

  • Minimum of 4 years or above Experience in an IT support/technician role
  • Should have  sound knowledge of Networking and other hardware
  • Working knowledge on Microsoft servers, Linux OS & VMWare ESXI.
