Job Description

  • Should be able to manage Network Operations independently consisting Routers / L2 & L3 switches/firewall / Internet VPN
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of LAN / WAN / Internet issues
  • Thorough knowledge of network protocols and multicast.
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of incidents and escalation of events
  • Hands-on experience in Cisco Routers & Switches, Understanding of ITIL process
  • Regular interaction with end-users and Senior management
  • Responsible for day to day smooth operations of the IT infrastructure
  • Network diagram (PPT, Visio)
  • Inventory management
  • Change management
  • Responsible for Monitoring NOC (Switches, Routers, ISP Links)
  • Monitoring alerts & communicating with vendors for necessary resolution.
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
