Job Description

  • Networking – Cisco Routing switching
  • Device mounting installation basic configuration and support
  • Basic communication skills with networking knowledge
  • Coordinating with client and NOC team for backend support and proving remote access to NOC
  • Routing and switch protocols and CCNA courses will add an advantage but are not mandatory.
  • IOS up-gradation & Logs collection from the device

The Candidate needs to carry:

  • Tool kit for rack/stack
  • Laptop
  • 4G dongle / mobile hotspot
  • Cisco console cable / USB adapter as applicable
