Network Engineer – Cloud

Responsible for administrator cloud-based informatics solutions
Administrator our Google G Suite applications, Office 365 licensing, and Adobe
Creative and other Cloud accounts
Assist with maintaining accurate inventory, asset tracking, and change management
Troubleshoots issues, perform root cause analysis, and implements
corrective/preventive actions
Responsible for executing various software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities
including design verification, testing, and promotion
Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with internal and external
customers and suppliers
Software license administration, Overall systems management
Manage entire lab configuration to include documentation, installation, planning,
configuration, and evaluation of new hardware
Collect and collate discrepancy report (DR) and system failure data, sort this data for
differentiation of affected systems and provide this data to the Government
Amazon AWS services and/or Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Federated Identity
Management
Monitors server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic for
unusual or suspicious activity
Drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations via automation
and orchestration
Evaluate, respond to, and resolve service issues
Design systems monitoring and management solutions using automation and
self-repair rather than relying on alerts and human intervention
