Job Description

  • The engineer has to be available on 9 hours rotational shift
  • Need to coordinate with NOC team or backend team
  • Should have knowledge of the router and switch troubleshooting commands
  • Have knowledge about WAN, LAN, and desktop level network troubleshooting
  • Able to identify ISP connection and LAN network
  • CCNA certification adds extra value to the candidates
  • CCNA course is mandatory to apply for this job
