Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform market analysis and research on the competition
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Seek and analyze search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, keyword research, competitor analysis
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the company’s official accounts and profiles throughout social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and more
Requirements
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Commitment to completing work on time that meets or exceeds expectations of quality
- Knows basics of SEO and SEM
