Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance to the clients regarding any operating system issues.
  • Knows Outlook configuration, software and operating system installation, printer configuration and installation, laptop desktop hardware replacement, and driver installation
  • To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management
  • To set up and test desktop computer peripherals
  • Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
  • Advising on software or hardware upgrades
  • Ensure all the desktop computer systems are working properly
  • Troubleshoot any problems regarding software and hardware computer support
